Bringing over 28 years of experience in public education, Angela Mills Grunewald was named Edmond Public Schools' new associate superintendent this month on May 8. She'll be succeeding Ruthie Riggs, who is retiring in August after serving 22 years with the district.

REAL is a non-profit in the Oklahoma City area and their goal is to be a continuous support system for single moms.

As dusk fell, hundreds of local families scurried to the outdoor amphitheater area behind the Multipurpose Activity Center (the MAC) off Marilyn Williams Drive in Edmond.
